Please join us for the 2019 Utah Masonry Council’s Excellence in Masonry Design Awards Dinner

Reception at 6:00 PM  Dinner at 7:00 PM

Please make your dinner reservation by November 4, 2019.  No refunds will be given after that date.  You may register online, by email, or by mail. The cost for the evening will be $100 per person.

ONLINE RESERVATION OPTION

Please fill out the form on the right to reserve your seat.  After completing STEP 1, please proceed to STEP 2 if you are paying by credit card.  If you are not paying by credit card, an invoice will be sent to the person who submitted the form in the amount of $100.00 per person.

If you submitted a project for a 2019 Excellence in Masonry Design Award, you receive one complimentary dinner reservation for each project submitted.  When registering, please provide the confirmation number for each of your projects to ensure you receive the correct number of complimentary dinner reservations.

Additionally, please identify the number of people in your group.  Each table seats 10.  If you have a seating preference, please indicate your preference in the special request section of the form.
