Join us! The Utah Masonry Council welcomes all businesses and organizations with a stake in or connection to the masonry industry. We are passionate about continuing the tradition and benefits of quality, sustainable, and safe concrete masonry for our council members, masonry users, and our communities.
The Utah Masonry Council works to build mutually beneficial relationships among our members and customers, to continue the promotion and growth of the masonry industry in Utah. We also provide regular apprenticeship and technical training programs for those interested in pursuing or expanding their professional masonry skills.

Mission
To increase the use and understanding of masonry products, systems and professionals in building design and construction throughout Utah.
Purpose
• To promote the use of masonry products in commercial and residential construction;
• To encourage the development of quality masonry construction;
• To create a standard of excellence in manufacturing and workmanship of masonry construction;
• To facilitate the acquirement and interchange of practical knowledge among its members;
• To gather data and issue bulletins of promotional character;
• To exercise a positive influence on the quality of masonry to the end that Association standards may be maintained;
• To secure more efficient cooperation with the Government and Agencies thereof as related to the masonry industry.
Goals
• Grow the market share of masonry products in commercial and residential construction (marketing & promotion).
• Improve the professional and technical capabilities of both members and masonry users.
• Develop a competent labor pool to install masonry products.
• Build strong and mutually beneficial relationships among our members and customers (networking events).
• Monitor and influence changes in masonry codes and standards (government relations).
